Rhona is currently one of a handful of trained ACs in the country who provide specialist access coordination services for Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent cast and crew. She also provides a Disability consultancy to productions in TV, Film, Theatre, Music and Events. She has worked to scale such as feature film, high end TV, large music events and festivals. She has trained on the Mark Milsome Film and TV online safety passport course, is first aid at work certified and is also ASIST suicide prevention qualified.
Among Rhona's various qualifications she has a BSc degree in feet (well she trained in podiatric medicine but essentially it's feet isn't it?).
Representation is paramount in allowing society to feel inclusive. Without companies such as Molke, real women would feel ostracised much like the bad, old days
