Public Speaking, Training and Advocacy

Rhona is also well versed with public speaking. She publicly speaks out with regards welfare, access and disability inequalities She has done this in front of thousands in George Square but also in front of small community groups, charities and such like.

She has presented the Glasgow Clyde College staff awards and fronted documentaries and other factual TV programmes such as 3 series of The People's News on BBC Scotland. She has been a panelist's in person and on radio about disability and access. She has been on Good Morning Scotland for BBC Radio Scotland and The Jeremy Vine Show on BBC Radio 2

Access Coordination

Dedicated to supporting Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent creatives in film, television, theatre, music and events. Assists individuals and consults for whole productions on access matters.

Rhona was nominated this year two times over for the Production Guild UK Duke of Edinburgh Award for Inclusion. The awards are due to held later this year.

Projects include; 3 x BAFTA award winning film, I Swear- Director Kirk Jones. Good Omens S3- The Finale for Amazon, BBC 1 Comedy Only Child S2, The Inner Circle/ Celebrity Inner Circle for BBC 1 among others.

Due to nature of work cannot discuss current projects until close to transmission or after airing. She covers high end drama and entertainment, children's and factual programming as well as film.

Rhona has also provided AC support for a multi award winning UK musician to allow them to tour and perform globally and consults with organisations like DF Concerts, Kilimanjaro Live and Regular Music about venue/festival access at places like T in the Park, Belladrum/ Tartan Heart Festival and the Kelvingrove Bandstand.

Rhona is also an avid football fan and is a board member of the Rangers FC Disabled Supporters Association advising the club on access.
